Hayley attended an all day, hands-on workshop on constructing mouthguards, splints and whitening trays. It's was reassuring to get confirmation that we have followed best case practise all along, but it is always useful to know the latest on most effective mouthguard construction. It is so important that everyone playing a contact sport wears a properly constructed mouthguard - and that doesn't come over the counter!
